Do you know any old people?
They might be parents, relatives, neighbors, or such.
Here's why they are there:
1) You can learn from them.
Recognize that a lifetime produces wisdom. So, ask for their advice. Ask about their history. Ask them questions (about anything).
2) You can honor them.
Recognize that they may have spent their lives helping you. So, thank them. Treat them with respect. Be kind to them.
Next Step: Visit an old person and just listen.
Much success,

PS: At 66, I just barely qualify as an "Old Person," and yet I truly appreciate it when people ask for my help.
